Q: Is my personal information protected with your company ? 
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone! 

Q: Do I need to be upgraded to earn from referrals ? 
A: Yes. 

Q: Are multiple accounts allowed ?

A: Yes, you may signup under your referrals, DO NOT STACK ACCOUNTS. 

Q: What will happen if you decide for what ever reason that you do not want to carry on with the administration of the the website ? 



A: The administration will be handed over to a responsible member. 
Q: How long do I have before I get my account deleted for not upgrading to the first level ? 

A: Strictly 2 days, or 48 hours from your registration, deletion is automatic. 


Q: How long do I have before my account is deleted for not being active ? 
A: After you have upgraded to the first level, or any other level, you must make another purchase within 90 days. This is to ensure that you do not block your sponsors or teams progress. 

Q: How long do I have to wait to get an answer from a support ticket I sent you ? 



A: We plan on answering each ticket within 24 hours.
Q: What payment processors can I accept?
A: Global Pay Funds allows members to accept the following processors for advertising payments:

Q: What happens if my I have my first two upgraded referrals and I refer another person?
A: If you refer a third person and your level 1 is complete, our system will automatically assign them a the next upgraded sponsor in your down line
who needs an level 1 referral. Once they upgrade this sets their up line.


Q: Can I get a refund?
A: All transactions are between member to member agreements and should be handled between the two parties sending payments to each other.


Q: Is Global Pay Funds a subscription service?
A: Currently, Global Pay Funds offers one time payments for each advertising package..


Q: Is it possible to for down line members to upgrade past you if you're not on the level they would pay?
A: Yes it is possible if the down line member would like to upgrade to a level that you are to receive but you have not yet upgraded. We urge all
members to upgrade as quickly as possible to all levels.
