HOW IT WORKS
Each month will produce a new Elite Pay Alliance Comp Plan. All will be similar however, all will start a new Pay Structure. This is done each and every month.
You will always KEEP your team, downline, or group as long as you upgrade before them. This is HUGE and where the term ALLIANCE comes into fruition. What we want you to do is communicate or create an 'alliance' with your group and team each month (so that you can benefit from their co-creating and they can benefit from your co-creating).
Let them know the moment you've upgraded to the fullest and that it is now their turn. This FEELSgood. Abundance flows freely.
The current video shows the current Elite Month Compensation Plan and Products (changes each month - forever, so we can continue to expand and continue to earn through our ever growing Elite Pay Alliance).

Elite Pay Alliance uses a unique Monthly, growing X - xY Forced Structure. It is not a typical Forced Matrix so, you do not have to worry about such things as, "why didn't I get a payment from a personal referral who upgraded to the next Level when I am already upgraded to that Level before them"? We have figured it all out to Elite Pay Perfection ...
Our system intelligently tracks all sales and BTW, members can also sell our digital downloads separately as retail for even more profits dispelling those who would be quick to call our compensation plan a ponzi scheme. It is definitely not. There are literally Hundreds of products you can retail for profit. Retail sales is but one component to our two part comp plan. Direct sales at its best.
Let's look at the comp plan in detail:

Note: this is not MLM. The word Level below is used to simplify the concept. Example: Level One = Elite Ad Pack One, Level Two = Elite Ad Pack Two, etc.
BEST STRATEGY
Upgrade as FAST as you can through Level 3 each month– this allows you to not only position yourself for better profits FASTER, and having fewer payments pass you by but, also qualifies you to participate in the most lucrative parts of our Elite Pay Alliance comp plan. Your first three steps to success is to upgrade through the first three levels – FAST.
Let's look at February 2016.
Level One - Pays $5 and holds 3 sales positions = $15 total (you can retail one product) - every upgraded member earns on this level when sales are made by them or not
Level Two - Pays $10 and holds 9 sales positions = $90 total (you can retail two products) - must be upgraded to this Level to earn here
Level Three - Pays $20 and holds 27 sales positions = $540 total (you can retail three products) - must be upgraded to this Level to earn here
ELITE PAY PORTION OF THE COMP PLAN BEGINS FEBRUARY 09
This opens up Level 4
You must be upgraded through Level 3 to participate
It is now ALLIANCE TIME – this is when you contact your sponsor and inform them of your intent to upgrade further. Simply call or email them and please allow them 24 hrs. to upgrade FIRST.
Must be Upgraded to February Level 4 to Participate
Level 4 - Pays $30 and holds 81 sales positions = $2,430 total (you can retail four products) - must be upgraded to this Level to earn here.
The FIRST…. Elite Pay Alliance lasts until February 18
Beginning February 18 through the end of the month, we will open up the Second Elite Pay Alliance Period with a Level 5 Payout. Level 5 will pay $100 and hold 243 sales positions for a grand total of $24,300 in Elite Pay Alliance Cash.
Once again, it’s ALLIANCE time – please allow 24 hrs. for your sponsor to get positioned. So, why give your sponsor the respect they deserve? Simply put, it’s the right thing to do and, THEY ARE LIKELY providing SPILLOVER to you and it is just the right thing to do.
On February 19, feel free to upgrade as they may or may not be upgrading – it is possible it will take a lot less time if you contact them and keep your ALLIANCE going through communication.
Your February 2016 Elite Pay Alliance potential - $27,375 and, it will get even BIGGER, EASIER, and FASTER, in February. It’s a Total Elite Pay Alliance, for the Entire Year.
