5 Critical Steps In Your Sales Funnel

When I first started working online more than 10 years ago, nobody said
anything about a Sales Funnel or a Lead Funnel. I did hear mention that
I should have a Capture Page but I heard nothing about a Lead or Sales
Funnel. Now I know that Creating your Funnel is one very important
step if you want to succeed online. In fact, had I known about the
critical steps outlined in this Report, I’d have reached my goals much
more rapidly.
If you are just getting started working online, take the time to get set up
properly. Ask for help if you get stuck on something. You will save
yourself literally years of struggling and wondering why your
business is failing and why you’re not making any money.

1. Create Your Own Website And Capture Page
This step is often skipped by beginners because they don't have the
skills needed to build their own site.
Many new people simply use Web Sites provided by the company where
they are an Affiliate. While this may work for the short term, if new people
want to create a long-term Residual Income, they need their own
Website and Capture Page so the leads they generate are added to
their own list and not only to the Company List.
You may need to have someone help you with building your website and
your Capture Page. There are free Website Editing Tools that you
can use that can be a starting point for new marketers. These free
editors are limited in design options, but usually they are very simple to
use.
When you have limited funds to invest, creating a website with free site
editors is better than using the company websites because you can
capture your own leads and build your own list. Two free editors I am
with which I am familiar are Wix and Weebly.

You will need a Domain Name and a Hosting Company to host your
website. I recommend you go to Blue Host for both your Domain Name

2. Create an Irresistable Lead Magnet
A Lead Magnet is an Irresistible Bribe offering something of specific
value to a prospect in exchange for their contact information.
This could be a Checklist for your visitors to follow to be successful in
their chosen niche market.
The magnet could be an Ebook that targets a problem new marketers
are having and how they can solve the problem.
If You are good at doing videos your Magnet could be a video instead of
an Ebook that demonstrates the solution for the problem people are
having.
Make this Lead Magnet so Irresistible your readers will feel they are
missing something important if they don't get what you are
offering.


3. Create Posts in Social Media To Promote Your
Offer
In Facebook create posts that can be turned into Facebook ads. When
placing Facebook ads, you only want your Ad to be seen by people
who are actually interested in what you are offering.
Since we are offering ways for people to make money working from
home, we only want to target people who want to work from home.
This way you will not be wasting your advertising dollars.
Create boards in Pinterest that target your desired Audience.
There are many other Social Media sites that you can use. Whatever site
you use, be sure your advertising is targeted to attract only the people
who want what you are offering.
Make use of Social Media, especially Facebook, and target only the
people who would be interested in your offers.


4. Track All Your Posts, Ads, and Promotions
Tracking takes the guess work out of your marketing. Working hard
consistently is important, but you need to know where you are getting
your leads.
You want to know how many people are clicking on your ads in each of
your Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, Mailers etc, and are they reading your
posts. You want to know how many “Click Through” visitors you are
getting, and how many are converting to sales.
Tracking the links in your ads and Blog posts saves you time and
makes you more productive because you are not spending time where

5. Set Up An Email Follow-up System
Up to this point you are focusing on getting Leads to your Email List.
Now it's time to begin building a relationship with your Leads by
offering useful information, tools they can use, and "How To's" that will
help them with their business-building.
This is also where you can invite your visitors to your Affiliate links and
Products you're offering to turn them into buying customers and revenue
for your business.
Your Follow-up Email Series should be 5 - 10 emails. Set these
emails up for automatic delivery on a specific schedule so your leads get
the emails without you having to send them manually, which would be
virtually impossible when your list begins to grow.
